We at DSJ would like to start a new tradition of a weekly fitness tip from our closet friend, Paul Torres, NYC's trainer to the stars and fitness guru. Check in every so often for Paul's dish on workout tips at home, or great new healthy snacks to nibble during the work day.

Want some tips on toning the hips and glutes in the comfort of your own home? Try Single Leg Squats.
Start with your weak leg on the ground and opposite leg bent and elevated behind you (like how a flamingo stands). Lower your body down, bend the standing leg to about a 90 degree angle to the floor, keep your back straight, and always drive up on your heels.
Do 3 sets of 8-10 on each side 3x a week.
